Magnolia Restaurant & Wine Bar
You won't find a setting like this one anywhere else on the flat scrublands of Provo: high on a hill overlooking Turtle Cove Marina, with the sparkling lights of the island spread out before you. You could almost be dining in a cliff-side trattoria overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Magnolia has only been around since 2002 but has already established itself as one of the best places to dine in Provo -- both for the romantic outdoor setting and the delicious food. The chef has a sure hand when it comes to marrying flavors, and the sesame-seed-crusted rare seared tuna is emblematic of this approach..
Restaurateurs since the early 1990s, hands-on owners Gianni and Tracey Caporuscio make success seem simple. Expect well-prepared, uncomplicated choices that range from European to Asian to Caribbean. You can construct an excellent meal from the outstanding appetizers; do not miss the spring rolls. Finish your meal with the mouthwatering chocolate cake. The atmosphere is romantic, the presentations are attractive, and the service is careful. It's easy to see why the Caporuscios have a loyal following. The adjoining wine bar includes a handpicked list of specialty wines, which can be ordered by the glass. The marine setting is a great place to watch the sunset.

The seafood in Turks and Caicos is about as fresh as fresh can get — and there are plenty of restaurants the specialize delicacies from the deep. Here are Forbes Travel Guide editors’ suggestions for the five best places to eat in Turks and Caicos:
#1. Magnolia Restaurant & Wine Bar - located on one of the few elevated spots on the island, Magnolia offers unbeatable views of Turtle Cove Marina from its wood deck. As for the food, you’ll dine on seafood with Mediterranean and Asian flavors — think seared tuna with soy ginger sauce & covered in a sesame crust.......

THE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE
Magnolia Restaurant is located overlooking Turtle Cove Marina along the North Shore, and is the ultimate dining destination in Turks and Caicos. Considered a must by many experienced visitors, this outdoor dining experience is one of the very best. Owned by the charming husband and wife team of Tracey and Gianni Caporuscio, this popular establishment is packed night after night and justifiably so. I had one of the best meals of my entire visit and enjoyed an amazing dinner party. Our wine paired meal included the critically acclaimed Sesame Crusted Rare Seared Tuna (amazing) and a tasting of the very best including Tuna Tartar, Goat Cheese and Mushroom Strudel, and finally and Oven Roasted New Zealand Rack of Lamb.
